1. Services Offered

‍SoundHouse ATX provides audio/visual equipment rentals, including delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment for events (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. User Restrictions

‍There are no specific restrictions on who can use our Website or Services. However, by making a booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policies

‍Bookings can be made through the Website or by contacting us directly. Once a booking is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% of the total booking is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will result in a full refund of any amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.
  • Any rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made 7 days before the event.

4. Payment Terms

‍We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as listed on the Website. A late payment fee of 10% will be applied for any payments not made by the due date.

5. Liability Disclaimer

‍While we strive to provide top-quality equipment and services, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our equipment.
  • Equipment malfunctions or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, technical difficulties).
  • Any damages to the event location during setup or breakdown unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our team.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the event space is suitable for the equipment and free from hazards.

‍We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through the Website is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
